Conspiracy theory maybe but we know that HH is jittery (having sold off 2% recently) and Landon Clay (USA) has recently got on board courtesy of his relationship with Prolysis and is accumulating - could be in his interest to keep building up holding whilst at the same time, HH drops away and ultimately, we may see a buyback being spearheaded by...Landon Clay, with management endorsement.

What will their costs be over the next 3 years whilst waiting for LANI completion and if they tighten the purse strings? Probably not much more than they have in the bank, plus they have costs covered by BARDA.

In 3-4 years time, there will be massive revenue and they could then refloat on Nasdaq and make an absolute killing.
