Did anyone here own CXS shares and go through the process leading up to the unconditional takeover offer of 70 cents per share?

I don't know anything about the history, but taking a glance at historical share prices, it doesn't look like a brilliant finish for long term holders.

I wonder whether there was much diddling and pressure on the SP as Cephalon was buying up.

Hope there are no parallels here...
