I admitted I didn't know anything about the CXS history, so instead of poking at so called nonsensical parallels, how about instead, allowing a little latitude and give consideration to other parallels - perhaps an off-market takeover, seeing that we are on a thread that is discussing buyouts?
The CXS SP has swung wildly over the last few years. In Jan 2010, the price was around $1 and the takeover 15 months later was recommended by management at 70c - back to the last part of my earlier message, doesn't seem a brilliant result for Long Term holders...
