East Hill are pretty savvy with runs on the board, and possibly have access to timely info.
Bta's directors would only know about a move by East Hill after it was all over - they may be savvy on biotech, but their business nouse is very average, otherwise the insto's would be all over BTA atm what with all the underlying vibes of Influenza mutation, pandemic stockpiling in near term etc.
