Cash flow positive where bobby questions the amount of profit, fact that they are cash flow positive or even cash flow neutral is a huge advantage to other similar companies with a much higher market cap, that lose money,


Then an app that has world's first features, where we can see comparative valuations from inferior apps that has recently been sold for many billions USD, yet they still try to find futile ways to knock it,

Vonex have a business that generates revenue on a cash flow positive basis to develop the app and other products that are about to hit the market,
The fact they are cash flow positive while they have been developing these products spells success,
The money raised will pay for the extra developers for the app and other products, remember while working on Oper8tor they have also developed 4 new products that will be rolled out from next month, 2 world class developers have already been confirmed, they accepted more money than sought so that means more options and growth,
Listing and access to more money will allow Vonex to further develop new products, again, Angus is worth a lot to Vonex shareholders here and will soon be a major shareholder,
The better Vonex performs the more he and Brydie benefit,


This stock imo has a huge future and futile efforts to hold it back from ex GDN shareholders will prove impossible as gas been shown so far, when this change over happens a new game is in play,
