My understanding is that a 5-digit percentage increase means...

    My understanding is that a 5-digit percentage increase means 10,000% (or more up to 99,999).

    10,000% = 100x Original Price.

    15c x 10,000% = 15c x 100 = $15.00;

    Does that make sense? (or Dollars ;-)
