Update on the current legal status of Nowa Ruda Mining Licence

In the spirit of full disclosure, the Board of Balamara Resources provides shareholders with an update on the current status of legal proceedings for our Nowa Ruda Mining Licence.  The attached infographics, show all of the developments and numbers involved with the process, including the time-line and all the interactions and documents submitted as part of the process.

Parallely to ongoing legal proceeding, the Company has completed and submitted the Amendment No 2 to Geological Documentation of the Nowa Ruda Deposit. Once approved, the Amendment to Geological Documentation will secure the exclusive rights for the deposit for the next 3 years.
