Love your positive attitude towards all things Kin, so I thought I would ask for your opinion on a matter regarding one of Kins founding vendors, Robert Lee Griffiths. Mr Griffiths, who was sentenced to two years in prison for Fraud in the mid 80’s, has teamed up with a bankrupt solicitor Anthony Ailakis and his brother, a bankrupt accountant, Rodney Ailakis. The Ailakis brothers wreaked havoc on a listed company, called Redstone Resources (RDS), for many years and unfortunately Redstone is still reeling from the experience. The last member of the team is a gentleman by the the name of Phillip Gardoll who fronts for Anglo Gold Ashanti. A prospector by the name of Steve Povey alleges that these people falsified transfer documents, to defraud him of a highly prospective mining lease 39/701 with an infered gold resource worth many millions of dollars. My question to you is does Kin have any involvement in this fraud or done any deal to acquire the said mining lease.
