You will notice that in the tenement holdings under Murrin Murrin, Kin says that Prospecting Licenses 39/5164,5165,5177,5178 and 5179 are owned 100% by Kin Mining, however if you search those tenements on the Department of Mines and Petroleum web site, you will see that they are clearly owned by Rober Lee Griffiths. The Directors may say that they have an agreement in place with Robert Lee Griffiths, but wouldn’t you think it’s a little slack not having transferred them by now.
