One thing I'll say about KIN management, it looks after the interests of shareholders. Understandable, since they are major shareholders (holding 30%+ of the company) themselves.
Albeit without so far being rewarded with a rising share price, the Board has done an outstanding job of objectively enhancing shareholder value without massive dilution in tough economic times.
I don't know the specifics on the tenements you mention, but I am certain the Company's announcements will all be true and above board.
Time for you to have a Bex and a good lie down, I think, Shocked.
As a matter of interest (as you are no doubt aware having waded through the Annual Report) lease 39/701, with which you began your troll, isn't even any part of Kin's portfolio.
Maybe you should take your ugly battle with Mr Griffiths elsewhere.
