Not sure it’s inconceivable, in fact with recovery trial confirming dexa benefit in hospitalised c19 and nih recommends dexa in c19 needing o2 (or MV) it could be deemed unethical to withhold steroids in the group in Nox trial..sounds like at least pts in nox trial are bad enough to need o2?
