The port stats were based on 4 ports now 7 ports! Its port stocks are down 50% compared to 2012 and the continued importing has remained. Where are these imports coming from other than massive Norilsk deliveries through Kazakhstan? Its not from NPI, brasil, Australia phillipines or Indonesia!
So from where? secret africas mines? Cant be much left. Russian ore is being used to rebuild their and the militaries of syria, iraq, east ukraine, the caucus forces and the northern alliance of afghanistan.

lose US$400M and let the good wolves or brasil state take it for nothing and have US fed & ASX charges issued with endless litigation in US & Aust over the massive losses between all USNHs and others or keep it for a few years until market improves and break even or even make a profit!

Option 3- DOCA2.0
refused several times since 2014 already, the DOCA 1.0 resolved this and allowed the entire debt to be issued as shares in 2019 for 800M shares at US16.7c, still no plan or offer made, dilution would destroy any bidder but end up in litigation with BCEE, Wellington Natnom2 Abbott & Guggenheim & HC Rebels. Would result in a compulsory relisting as debt is wiped like MBN in July 2014 or AGO in August 2015 & April 2016 and

Option 2 - recap
US$30M or guggenheim debt off say $30M, offered & refused twice!
They dont want it, why? Simple, they dont want their debt diluted or made worth less than 55c a share.

Option 1 - delay and delay until NP BRL goes to 4.50
dont need to do anything other than a CN deed amendment, profit production carries on and stockpiles pay for all operations and expenses till Dec 2017

Option 1 has been taken since 2014 to now and no change looks imminent at all.
