JP, I wouldnt get too excited by the comment in the full year results. Its a standard statement, I think the accounting standards provide for it. Its standard in most directors reports. Either way I took a position in the company today as the fundamentals and discount to fair valuation make it a compelling short term investment. I like the fact that HHL has recently come on board as a substantial holder at these levels as well.
