They are not planning to pay all their debt in one hit......even the banks aren't that cruel (this will affect a lot of current franchisees who are making a decent profit......), are they?????
Being close to cash flow neutral will be the key......probably should have raised more money last year at $7+, but they did use some to buy Hudson Pacific for $80M.
