I havent done it on purpose but there are clear points of difference I have from PS and industry trends.
1. Is on price erosion. I am convinced that heavy discounting will occur after 12 months. I am talking 40% price erosion.
2. I believe that market share will be 50% or more.
3. I believe peak market share will be achieved after 12months or more.
DRL needs to capture the hearts and minds of the market. The product needs to be cheap to change the buying behaviour. Its also needs to maintain that 'cheapness'. Lets see how this plays out as I would actually be happy to be proven wrong
