Its only a problem for NIC if Tsingshan goes bust or decide to offload NIC to get cash.....Which they wont.
I dont think Tsingshan will go bust - They must be holding huge amounts of Physical being the worlds largest stainless producer so their shorts were more or less an "over-enthusiastic" hedge!
