THATS the big question WNG.
Given that the NPV is a +ve number at $2,600/t one could assume these numbers arnt far from the mark.Much depends on what they end up negotiating.If the sp is any guide, then for the project to have upside from this level one would have to assume concentrate costs of between $800-$850/t.It may be higher or lower.
