Something is wrong here, can some one let me know how you can have a 750 million capex spend then make 60million EBITDA (revenue 410m less 350m opex - does not take tax or interest expenses into account) over a twenty year mine life and come out with a 1.1B NPV.....
A simple excerise on excel with negative 750m followed by 20 years at 60m cashflow with a 10% discount rate gives minus 250m project value...
Something is wrong here, can some one let me know how you can...
