If the NPV of the project is over 1 billion - shouldn't the market cap (theoretically) be at or around 1 billion (leaving aside the other projects of the company).
What is going on here? Is there a serious doubt out there that this PFS is credible?
Is there an additional major discount being applied due to some factors of which I'm not aware? Alistair Stephens has said this is a conservative estimate - he has not been known to bs in the past.
Would appreciate any comments to help me clear this up.
BTW - I just topped up bc I seriously don't understand what's going on in terms of the low sp.
