My calculation based on spodumene price of US$1,250/t, post-tax NPV for 2mtpa on 54Mt reserve, is approximately A$2.9b, implies $2.65 per share.
Further upside depends on future price, expansion to 3mtpa, mining life and increasing reserve.
Downside risks, including future price drop, electric vehicles production delay, etc.
Assumption: AUD/USD: 75c
6% Spodumene price: US$1,250/t
Income tax rate 30%
Ignore IDA, this should be considered but effects would be minimal, more positively contributed to NPV, imo.
