The option notice is a necessary component under law. The other notice you were talking about was the possibility of a re-issue, which would only be discussed by the board after the 1st of December, IF the share price wasn't close to (or over) the expiry price.

And further to this, I took from your comments that a significant announcement would need to be out before the discussion, so before the 1st of December... which has to be by close of business tomorrow.

Is this correct?
OR more simply, ARE WE EXPECTING TO HAVE A SIGNIFICANT ANNOUNCEMENT (like the one we have already been notified about) TOMORROW?

I know it doesn't matter too much to the long-term progress of the company, but tomorrow would be nice. Or even better, a trading halt and suspension until it is released???
