Hi All,
Very interesting times, should be a doozie of an AGM. Some thoughts here - lease is under AGS, JV is 25% AGS & 75% Quasar. Quasar have made a decision to mine and are now saying they won't do it, besides other infringements of the JV agreement. What's stopping AGS legally removing Q from the JV, for non compliance with the JV agreement, re-imbursing them the exploration costs to date (approx $50M), and obtaining 100% ownership of Four Mile. May sound a bit far fetched but in regard to what Q/H/GA are doing could this senario be possible?
So for $50M payout AGS retain 100% of their lease, proven up to 30,000T high grade what would it be worth/NPV?? $4billion?
Quasar have renigged on the JV agreement and should be totally removed
Why should we be expecting Q to make a reasonable offer to take out AGS, how about AGS takes out Q, for good
