    Yes, the delay could work in shareholders favour on two fronts:
    1. less dilution if MLX don't convert first tranche
    2. a more thorough/robust restart study

    On the subject of finance, please understand the difference between debt and equity. Only equity finance dilutes shareholders. Sure, it could end up a combination of both, but Barry and team will want to minimise the effect to their (and therefore our) eventual return.
