The NPV calculation will have used a discount rate. Does anyone know what rate they used to come to this figure?
Also, as time is critical to NPV assuming they used the discounted cash flow method, i.e. present value of future cash flows, the calculation carries with it an assumption as to when cash will start flowing, i.e. when the mine will be operating. So NPV can be a useful window into the company's thinking.
