there will need to be an added circuit to the process plant to reflect the magnetic recovery of the vanadium minerals. so this will have a capex cost upfront and also an operating cost. So the vanadium is not recovered for zilch outlay.
however, still a huge boost for project economics. this is a big win, will be intriguing to see just how much value it will add ...... to the project value we have not yet been told about...!
