Ryder Scott should give a NPV when they hand over the final report.......What NPV are they likely to attribute to ELK?.........The NPV previously (based on 12 mil barrels and $40 oil) was $155mil or $2.50 a share.........considering we now have twice the oil....recovery costs per barrel should be lower....oil is trading $94 a barrel........and 80% is expected to be recovered in the next 8 years............I would expect the NPV to come out at approx $600mil or $10 a share using $80 oil........Total revenue will be around $1.8bil based on $80 oil....if all goes to plan (co2, jv, ryder scott) we should see $5 a share in the next 6months.
