JT does not have the NPV. He would need to have a measured status to predict an NPV with any degree of accuracy. So if he was waiting to finish drilling the resource then the NPV might be a while. This is because the resource is open in various directions.

Given that the drilling is continuing would make you wonder-when is a good time to draw a line and just measure up the resource. The key is to read the last announcement to see what type of drilling is currently underway.
