I never ignore anyone DV, but I would appreciate if you could reread my posts in the light they were written.
As for a replacement Chairman - now Antro will have to pay to attract the right Chair, so I'd want to see the board thinned to facilitate this. Definitely do not want an old school tie, or mates boost - maybe even get a headhunter in to supply a shortlist.
