TXN have had some very good results across their acreage. At the right price, definitely.
It's a good match for SEA I feel. Obviously the price means everything though.
TXN have a market cap of about $90 million, but I don't think there's really any chance they'll sell their EFS project below that figure. I bought into TXN last month because it was quite clear their EFS project was worth more than their market cap.
SEA mentioned spending $110-120 million on an acquisition. If the company can buy it for something around that price, they would be doing VERY VERY WELL!
Maybe they might not get it for that figure, but instead might buy 80-90% of it for that price and TXN can retain the rest?
