whynot, belated congrats to you on your prediction -- and apologies for missing your September post when I congratulated agentm and Sharejon earlier today (on TXN thread) on their prediction of a SEA acquisition of TXN land.
agentm, "so it would be a cash offer with script imho" -- good possibility, IMO, that SEA would issue shares to pay the residual beyond their cash assets.
