    The halt talks about a major investment, do not think it has to do with a takeover, more that they have purchased soemthing well major. If it was a takeover would it not say they have received a offer for the company? They may takeover another company but do not think SEA is being taken over. Will have to wait for the announcement as this is just speculation.
