I don't think it's a well update for TXN, due to the nature of still being pre NR at the moment and having released a well update 5 days ago (with the fracking of 2 wells planned for late November/December, i.e. IP's would be at least 2 months off).

I'm guessing TXN will have to release something asap to the market explaining what's happening. Interested to see whether they release a trading halt notice or whether both companies are trying to get the news releases out now. I mean it can't take TXN too long to write a trading halt request can it (and we haven't had one yet).......?
