Am sure Sharon has been getting good advice on how to best maximise shareholder value no matter what the mechanism the board decides to use.
As I keep saying, Sharon is the biggest shareholder at present, so she will be doing deals to make it a great deal for all shareholders, because she will be the biggest beneficiary.
