Hi,
I am investigating some NRAS properties and it seems like a no brainer in terms of rental yield. However if someone owns a NRAS investment I would like to know as to what are their experiences in terms of finding the right tenant as well as capital gains if any.
Becasue NRAS properties can be tenanted to only a certain income bracket, it does reduce the target market and hence I wanted to know as to what quality of tenants are available.
At the moment, I have been researching on NRAS properties in Victoria (Ballarat, North Melboune and Bundoora) as well as some in Qld (Gympie, Townsville and Brisbane)
Any comments/advice would be highly appreciated.
