You are quite right, completely missed the part about needing to hold until 2016! It is quite interesting that they are currently in default, it would seam the only reason not to pay the money would be if they thought BLR would go bust in the mean time or perhaps that Azarga does and therefore can't refund the losses. Quite interesting. Perhaps Alex has bitten of more than he can chew!
