Tried to speak to MD this morning but he is away.
I hope this doesn't become another NKP. Been suspended for 6 of last 15 months awaiting Court rulings. Trading again but still no JV signed. Just keeps getting put off due to 1 party being obstinate.
Now PEN is getting caught up with legal issues. NKP were as confident as PEN - that was over a year ago!!
Any update would be appreciated.
