The second amended Form 10 filed with the US SEC mentions the proximity of the Sunday Mine Complex to the proposed Pinon Ridge Mill:
"The Sunday Complex is approximately 75 miles from the White Mesa Mill and 50 miles from the proposed Piñon Ridge Mill in Paradox Valley." (Page 24)
However, the proposed mill's radioactive materials license issued by the CDPHE is currently suspended, pending further review by the agency. It is unclear if the license would need to be amended to include an ablation processing circuit.
It would be interesting to see an economic analysis prepared by WUC that compares conventional milling to mill-sited ablation processing followed by leaching and solvent extraction. Apparently, GoviEx thinks this makes economic sense for the Madaouela project, although they haven't yet prepared a definitive feasibility study.
