Ok in the spirit of sharing and lack of official announcements on the topic, thought I would share some info I received from HQ overnight.

We have seen the article but do not agree that we are underestimating the legal case nor do we agree that it could be bigger than expected.
On the Ross Project the "convener" is only one landowner several miles from the project and is not supported by any other landowners.
Legal advice is that similar objections have been raised on all ISR projects in the USA and are dealt with after the NRC has issued the SML licence. During the licence process the NRC takes into consideration the Technical and Environmental Reports and commitments therein by Strata and also other conditions required.
Therefore the legal action does not hinder the licensing process and we do not believe it will impact thereafter.
Trust this helps as we are all very excited and positive.
