    Announcement today that the conditions precedent has been extended from 1/3/10 to 20/4/10.

    No news on why or what's still to be done.


    The Deed Administrators consider that this extension is in the best interests of both the creditors and shareholders of NFL, as it will allow further time for NRG and the Deed Administrators to complete the conditions precedent.
