    Yes, w30, you are correct and the NRL are well aware of spreading the talent too thin as it happened during the super league war.

    And yes, in a perfect world, clubs would move. It makes no sense having the Roosters and Souths in the comp when they share the junior comp which would be one of the smallest junior comps in Sydney. So, it is ridiculous to the 2 NRL clubs share one of the smallest junior comps in Sydney.

    The ideal NRL set up would be a team in Perth, 2 teams in NZ, 1 in Rockhampton and 1 in Ipswich. And people probably don't remember, but Adelaide had a pretty good following and were a moderate success during super league.

    For this to happen, Sydney teams would have to move which as you know, would never happen.

    The NRL would love to have Perth in the comp because it works perfectly with TV (with the time difference) and would also give sponsors more national exposure.
