There have been a lot of rule changes over the years but taking the corner post out of play so touching it doesn't put you out of bounds has enabled spectacular winger tries. Wasn't always so. But maybe our wingers are just more athletic, who knows.
Now I'd like the conversion of tries in the corner to come in to the 10 yd line, such tries deserve a little extra consideration.
