    md League has lost club loyalty in the last couple of decades due to the money and player managers, and to a lesser degree the clubs themselves in the way aren't loyal to their players. It's a business now and lost a it's tribal flavour.

    Motivating a team these days to play for their team mates and club must be getting harder and harder. This morning on the Footy show they were talking about Zac Lomax wanting to leave the Dragons because he refuses to play i different positions to help out the team, Souths are crap atm which can be linked back to 1 player, the fullback, who obviously is an individual player and not a team player.
