They have a great talent scout system and a great Coach to work with that and create a winning Team.
Add to that, the fact that over the years, tried players at other Clubs going nowhere have gone to the Storm and performed above themselves and gone to another level under the Coach and the setup of the Storm Club.

the problem I see for Rugby League is Players coming through from Juniors ranks to the Senior level. Times have changed and Parents arent as keen to let junior play RL as in years gone by. Its been in progress for decades now.
Atm, Theres not enough talent to go around the 16 Clubs. R.L. cant carry all the Sydney Clubs lumped together atm because of it. Anyone notice also ran players from times gone by, gettting a restart in the NRL, particularly this year. I admit that Covid and injuries have played a part but 'fair dinkum" some of them are paddock footballers playing NRL.
Ship 3/4 Sydney Clubs out to other Cities/Areas and develop the game/players in those places and bring back Juniors wanting to play RL equals A Greater more Level competition.
and thats not talking about cleaning up the image of the game from Players not behaving themselves (to put it mildly) which would also deter Parents from letting little Johnnie play.
