Def dont get me wrong mate i do appreciate some aspects of AfL for example geelong verse the hawks on saturday was great to watch i wish i could say the same about freo and west coast, In regards a blow to league i dont think so just like money bill and gasnier everyone moves on. So if Max Rooke came to league would that be a blow to AFL I doubt it.
To me it seems Gold Coast have done this more as a PR stunt because to be honest i think are going to struggle in comparision to the Titans and I suspect they think this might draw a few more league fans across to AFL on the gold coast.
