No I havent done an ACL but The majoroity of ACLS are caused by a slight movement in the knee such as changing direction suddenly and are very common in sports such as touch football and oztag hardly have to be tough or show courage to play that.
In regards to spinal injuries happening more in AFL then rugby league I highly doubt that.
And then you go on about how people in Rugby League encourage head high tackles and foul play no they dont they just dont want to game to turn like AFL were you get rewarded for putting your head over the ball in a crumbing siutation but isnt AFL meant to be tough and courages why reward someone for having a dig?
Dust for someone who was apprantly Brought up on league and Union I dont understand why such the negativity for the game?
