@krazy what you say has value however in this instance I suspect it really doesn't apply, for a company of this small mkt cap and the fact negotiations have happened for many months now.
I suspect the final set of negotiations were an output of the ASX compliance feedback, this deal will be closed asap now. Finance won't arrive till after the EGM anyway. I still believe at the EGM the additional funding from Dom and Hishenk won't be voted on anymore.
