Hi Radar100,
Do you think if this fundraising/financing deal doesn't go through, the company is at risk of not being a going concern?
My understanding is that there is a limit on how much capital raisings they can do each year, and if they reach this and are unable to source debt financing... could CL8 be in strife?
I don't know how close they to reaching any capital raising limits though?
Excuse my ignorance on these matters, but I am just considering what the downside risk maybe.
