Novogen CEO and Executive Chairman, Dr Graham Kelly, said, “It is unfortunate that this unforeseen conflict of interest has arisen as Iain brought a considerable depth of experience to the Board. It also means that I will continue in the dual roles of CEO and Executive Chairman to oversee the transformation of the Company into a clinical-stage company, bringing our US-subsidiary CanTx Inc into a fully-functioning clinical-stage company, and continuing with our dual ASX and NASDAQ listings.”

Great minds think alike dunover - I just posted this but on the other thread:

Iain Ross joined the board at the same time as Professor Peter Gunning (Anisina) Jacob's Hope back in March 2014 about when I first bought in..

Iain Ross resigned on November last year when he'd already been on the board 8 months..the reason given was "an unforeseen conflict of interest"..

Ross arrives on the board when Professor Gunnings does - hangs around 8 months then suddenly resigns then reappears to take GK's spot on the board 8 months later and GK resigns...

Professor Gunning and Iain Ross replaced Bob Birch and Andrew Heaton who were around since the reverse takeover..

Professor Gunning had only joined the company 1 month earlier in February 2014 along with the other co-inventor of the anti-tropomyosin drug platform - Justine Stehn.

Each time there has been a shuffling of the board the company has released some big news not long after- though usually by GK..
