    Why the non-oncology statement though? If there was some other reason then why not just say I'm leaving to do medical research and leave it at that....

    If you go to the interim chairman's address date 12/11/2015 (4 months later) - the market was again informed:

    "....As he stated when he resigned, Dr Kelly left to resume his work in non-oncology based early stage research...."
