fastbuck all my reading is indicating MEIP own it as it was part of the IP as Novogen mk 1 was left a shell with about a million in cash and a dual listing?
Maybe there are timelines if a drug company doesn't do something with it then another company is allowed to?
That whole past thing is way to busy around 2012 and I think so as not to get lost we're probably better informed to read the market releases:
From GK in chairman's address in 30 June 2013 annual report:
"....When the current Board assumed control of the Novogen on 5 December 2012, Novogen was a shell. All of its drug technology intellectual property had been sold to subsidiary, MEI Pharma..."

I have read this enough to be fairly confident in saying MEIP owned all the IP which by extension would have included Phenodoxial
